It's difficult to write down as I don't measure the ingredients. Anyhow, the base ingredients are:
1 large tub of Fromage Frais (Quark)
1 medium tub of Greek Yoghurt
3+ gloves of fresh garlic (or to taste)
1 bunch of chives
Salt, pepper, mustard to taste
You should ideally make this the evening before.
Mix the fromage frais and the yoghurt in a bowl, finely chop the garlic and the chives, mix thoroughly, season with salt, pepper, mustard and whatever you find in your cupboard.
- Use parsley instead of chives, or both, any fresh herb will do
- Replace the mustard with a generous helping of ground paprika
